January 15th, 2025: The IRS started accepting business tax returns.

January 27th, 2025: The IRS will start accepting Individual tax returns.

March 15th, 2025: Deadline to file Partnership LLCs and S-Corporation Tax returns. If extension needed has to be filed by this date.

April 15th, 2025: Deadline to file Individual and C-Corporation tax returns. This is also the deadline to file FinCen Form 114 (FBAR).  

September 15th, 2025: Deadline for thosethat have filed a business extension.

October 15th, 2025: Deadline for those that have filed an extension for Individual taxes.
